All of our varieties are grown in a climate controlled grow room using only select seed and organic practices. Since 2016, co-owners Mark Nelson and Sam Allen have focused on partnering directly with kitchens and chefs to grow specifically for their menus. With these goals in mind, we offer a wide selection of options including our popular mixes, shoots, herbs, and edible flowers. We often provide large quantities for catering events and work closely with kitchens to meet deadlines while maintaining optimal freshness and quality.
